Hotel as a whole is wonderful and upscale, I appreciated it.

The staff is excellent here, the services are great, and location is peaceful not far from which is on the other side of the river, and City centre. Overall great food, plus there is Bar San Jacopino close by.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were affordable and the attention to detail was impressive. The location was convenient, just a short walk or a few bus stops away from the main train station and the city center of Florence. The hotel itself was quiet and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and provided basic amenities, including rooms with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. I also appreciated having breakfast included, especially the great coffee served.

All was more than satisfactory during my stay.

No air conditioning. Just a fan on the ceiling. We arrived during a heat wave, so it was hard to sleep. The hotel is close enough to the main terminal. But with heavy backpacks during a heatwave, it seemed to be miles away.

the staff are pretty friendly and amazingly nice, managed the parking onsite. their rooms are always huge and cool with a comfortable bed and the 88 degree temperature, for example.

I had an exceptional stay at a hotel in Florence. The room was clean and comfortable, with a gorgeous bed that was perfect after a long day of exploring the city. The location was great, just a short walk to the city center or the river side. The hotel was secure and conveniently located near bus and tram stops. The manager was very helpful and friendly, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Florence.

The venue was exceptionally comfortable, I liked the stay and the location was absolutely perfect just off 2 nice cafes/ coffee shops for breakfast, close to train station, and the center of Florence. The staff were amiable and amicable in case of questions. The room in the 88 degree temperature. Central heating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a work desk were all available.

Friendly staff, Clean room, Convenient location

I recently took a city trip and stayed in a great budget hotel. The hotel staff was super friendly and they went out of their way to help me with any questions that I had during my stay. The room was also very clean and tidy, which made it comfortable for me to stay in. the hotel was located in a very convenient location, which made it easy for me to get around the city.

There were a couple of things that I didn't like about the hotel. the beds were quite hard and not very comfortable.

Responsive owners, extra pillows, tea in room, good breakfast, delicious coffee, calm and clean room.

We loved this hotel. It was conveniently located near the train station and the city center. We didn't have to endure the crowds of tourists as it was situated in a slightly quieter area. The hotel offered various facilities, including a great breakfast and friendly staff who were always willing to provide us with advice and help us with any problems.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Located a few minutes away from the city center, this hotel is easy to find and to navigate around. We even got a discount on the transportation tickets from the very helpful receptionist. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the bed was comfortable enough for us to get a good night's sleep. Plus, the free Wi-Fi was excellent!

The lack of soundproofing in the walls makes it almost impossible to get a peaceful night's sleep. We could hear the noise from the traffic and other guests, which disrupted our sleep.

A really nice stay in Leopolda. The hotel is located in a safe district and we felt comfortable walking around. The owner was very helpful, giving us great tips on what to visit in the city. The coffee served at the hotel was really good. The elevator was a big advantage. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant experience in Florence.
